This month, I will appreciate the world I am gifted with.
By paying extra attention to my fortune, my friends, my family, the natural elements of the world, and my ability to perceive them.
saying those kind words, I think of others, letting people know when I notice them doing good.
I will spend more time reflecting on what makes me feel good about myself and life.
Giving more time to the activities I love.
pausing in nature and showing gratitude for my ability to perceive the world in each moment will be a weekly, if not daily occurrence.
I won’t beat myself up if things don’t work out; everything happens for a reason.
